Physical Fitness Programs

Promoting Physical Exercises

One of the goals of Apollo ADP is to lead a healthy, active lifestyle that includes regular physical activities, fitness and sports programs, outdoor adventures and lower impact exercises opportunities. Apollo ADP supports each individual’s choice of programs and assist them get to places and spaces where they can be physically active.

Our Physical and Fitness Programs are led by our own Fitness Program Coordinator, Aaron Rodriguez. Our Training Assistants are trained to be role models and motivate our individuals to engage in regular physical activity according to their IPP identified needs.

Regular exercise can have a profoundly positive impact on depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more. Apollo has memberships to YMCA to provide our participants opportunities to utilize their facilities and all of their equipment to best fit their physical needs. Apollo ADP also provides opportunities to all participants to do lower impact exercises for those who do not want to utilize YMCA’s equipment.
