Join us in promoting growth, engagement, and inclusion — out in the community, where life happens!
We’ve also partnered with local businesses in San Jose, offering hands-on training opportunities to help our participants gain valuable skills and prepare for the jobs they want.
The service training will highly focus on individuals who are seeking competitive integrated employment opportunities and social recreation within the greater community. The service setting is specific to the participant’s preferences, schedule and location where training is provided. Training may take place at an on-the-job training site, where participants may be accepted as employee-trainees, allowing them to develop and perform job-specific skills aligned with their career interests.
Apollo CDP is also designed for individuals who have successfully transitioned from a behavior management program and no longer exhibit significant behavioral challenges. The program’s goal is to recognize and celebrate their continued success in overcoming the barriers previously addressed through behavioral interventions, while supporting them in achieving greater independence and securing part-time or full-time employment in a field they enjoy.
